PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL NIGHTLY RATES ARE QUOTED AS SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY AND DO INCLUDE A FULL, MADE-TO-ORDER BREAKFAST EACH MORNING OF YOUR STAY. THE 7% STATE ACCOMMODATION TAX IS NOT REFLECTED IN THIS RATE. PLEASE ADD $25 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON 8 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER.

DEPOSIT POLICY

The Bar N Ranch requires a 25% deposit at the time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Bar N Ranch requires a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellations. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded the 25% deposit. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival will receive a refund in the form of a Bar N Ranch gift certificate valid within one year of your original booking date.

EARLY DEPARTURES

The Bar N Ranch requires a minimum of two weeks notice for any changes shortening the dates of a reservation.

THREE NIGHT MINIMUM

Reservations made for three nights + are responsible to pay for at least three nights if they choose to shorten their stay. EX: 5 night reservation chooses to depart after only 2 nights lodging is responsible to pay for 3 nights lodging to meet with our minimum requirement.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcomed guests here at the Bar N Ranch. We are all dog lovers here and to continue allowing pets at the Ranch we do encourage a strict policy. We ask that your friend refrain from barking. If the dog disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the Ranch, the dog will be asked to leave. The owner is responsible for picking up after the dog. The dog is not allowed on any furniture. We will provide you with an extra sheet to cover the couch, as dog hair is very difficult to remove from the upholstery. Under no circumstances may the dog be left in the room unattended. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the dog.

These are basic requests of a responsible owner and a well-behaved dog. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. Dogs are permitted in Ranch cabins only and we ask that no cabin house more than 2 dogs at any one time. Please note that there is a nightly fee of $15 for this service.
