PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL NIGHTLY RATES ARE QUOTED AS SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. *NIGHTLY RATES FOR OUR FOUR BEDROOM CABIN ARE QUOTED FOR 1-6 PEOPLE. THE 7% STATE ACCOMMODATION TAX IS NOT REFLECTED IN THIS RATE. PLEASE ADD $15 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON 8 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT BREAKFAST IS NO LONGER INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY.
DEPOSIT POLICY
The Bar N Ranch requires a 50% deposit of the balance due at the time of booking. Bookings received within 30 days of arrival require full prepayment.
FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of your reservation is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Should you shorten the length of your reservation within 30 days of arrival or choose an early departure during your stay, you will be responsible for the entire time reserved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Bar N Ranch requires a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellations. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded the 50% deposit minus the 5% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are responsible for the entire time reserved and will forfeit all payments. All cancelled reservations will forfeit 5% of the deposit amount paid for processing fees. We strongly recommend guests secure trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
GROUP CANCELLATIONS
Groups taking 3 rooms or more will have deposit refunded until 120 days prior to arrival and are responsible for full payment 120 days prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is guaranteed by 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please note that a late check-out fee will apply for guests interested in staying longer.
EARLY DEPARTURES
Should you shorten the length of your reservation within 30 days of arrival or choose an early departure during your stay, you will be responsible for the entire time reserved.
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM
The Bar N Ranch requires a three-night minimum stay. We will accommodate a request for a one or two-night stay if the request fills a gap between existing reservations.
PET POLICY
Dogs are welcomed guests here at the Bar N Ranch. Please note that any dog left unattended in the cabin must be kenneled. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the dog. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. Dogs are permitted in Ranch cabins only and we ask that no cabin house more than 2 dogs at any one time. Please note that there is a nightly fee of $25 for each dog.
