The Bar N Ranch is currently hiring for the following positions:
RESTAURANT POSITIONS:
Fine Dining Manager, Servers, Host, Bartender, Server Assistant and Dishwasher
Qualifications preferred:
- Fine dining experience
- Knowledge of wines, liquors, fine food, and guest service
F/T Lead Line Cook (am)
Hours: 5am – 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Ala carte breakfast and lunch service
- Scratch baking and sauce work
- All hot line mise in place
- General prep and Volume production
- Daily opening and closing duties
- Supervision of restaurant staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in high volume restaurant
- Ability to maintain menus for two separate concepts
- Line production and service management
